Do You Know What Your Heart Pain Feels Like?

It is usually easier to know your heart pain if you have already had a heart attack or symptoms which led to the diagnosis of heart disease. If you think back to what made you go to the doctor or the ER, then THAT is the pain you should be looking out for in the future. Whether it was the classic pressure in the center of the chest or if you had vague symptoms like shortness of breath, jaw pain and nausea. It is very important that you remember that same feeling and take note of it.  People can have totally different symptoms!

Women have infamously more atypical symptoms than men. If you are a woman with known heart disease, you should be on the lookout for the problems that led to your heart tests.
